In preparation to the winter SoupScription I will be bringing to the remaining four Howe Meadow markets hot home-made soups which will be available for free sampling.
This week I am making Gingered Butternut Squash-Apple Soup made with local organic butternut squash, local organic ginger, local organic garlic and our own organic apples.
Even though the weather forecast for Saturday morning doesn’t look too good at least there will be hot soup and fresh bread to warm you up.
