This Saturday I am bringing to the Happy Days Lodge market two new breads that I developed specifically for this occasion:
Savory Cranberry Bread and
Baked Potato-Rosemary Bread.
Cranberry bread is a perfect blend of flavors and textures for the Thanksgiving feast — studded with sweet and tangy dried cranberries, this bread is flavored with a variety of savory herbs to complement your meal.
Baked-Potato-Rosemary bread is light and bursting with flavor. It will work very well in your turkey stuffing but is also a great everyday bread.

Russian Coriander-Rye
Calamata Olive-Cracked Black Pepper
Caramelized Shallot-Thyme and
Italian Peasant Semolina.
I am also taking pre-orders for Black Bean Chili and Raw Sauerkraut, which will be available at the market on a pre-order only basis.
